Dear Guests of 77 On Erica, please familiarize yourself with the following House rules:

  • Check in from 2PM.
  • Check out at 10AM - Please ensure that all bags and personal belongs are out of the room by 10AM.
  • Smoking not allowed indoors. A fine of R1000 will be charged to anyone smoking in the rooms.
  • Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
  • No alcohol allowed on the premises.
  • Feel free to relax on deck but please leave it tidy.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please make a request prior to inviting them over.
  • Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
  • Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10PM.
  • Anything broken during your stay will be charged to your account. 
  • Laundry charges for spills or dirt marks on cushions and linen will be charged for your account.

Indemnity Notice: Anyone entering the premises including the grounds do so entirely at their own risk.

Everyone else connected therewith shall have no Liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person, or loss or damage to any property, howsoever caused even arising from negligence of any degree.
